Does Rockjumper work without signal?
Yes. Identification runs entirely offline, so it works in the field without a mobile connection.
How does the free version work?
The free version identifies common garden birds. Full Access unlocks identification for all supported Southern African bird species.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID in the App Store. On your iPhone, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
I already paid—how do I restore purchases?
If you reinstall or switch devices, use the app’s “Restore Purchases” option in the settings menu. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
Something seems wrong with an identification.
Some rare birds are not currently covered by the app. If the app consistently incorrectly identifies a particular bird species, email us the species and the recording exported by clicking the share button.
